Guidelines for Pre-recorded Video Presentation
- Duration: 15 minute for normal participant / 30 minutes for Invited Speaker / 45 minutes for Keynote Speaker.
- Recommended set for HD format (1280 x 720 resolution or other “720p” setting) or higher.
- Have NO embedded videos.
- File Format: MPEG-4 (.mp4) file.
- Video Quality: It is recommended that your pre-recorded presentation includes a window box with the speaking presenter via a webcam, instead of a voice-over presentation only. Use an adequate front light and an appropriate background for the video headshot of the presenter. Check your files before submitting to ensure their quality (video and sound).
- Please use the following naming convention: PaperID.mp4, where Paper ID is the code provided by Bond21 secretariat during your manuscript submission.
You may use the cloud storage services (i.e., Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, and etc.) or Youtube to share the pre-recorded video with us. Kindly upload your pre-recorded video to your preferred cloud storage service or Youtube and share the video link by filling up the Google Form (https://forms.gle/HpVY4nYzssFtV8R4A) before September 16th, 2022 at the latest.
